Hit the clouds that resemble a man with a mustache over five times and an extra life will appear.
Bags
In each level, there is a magic bag you can enter. The bags lead to extra coin things. Get all the coins and other bonuses you can within a few seconds of the bag prior to entering. When you leave the bag, the items you collected earlier can be obtained again.
