Invincibility

Start a new game. Hold A on controller two when the helicopter drop-off point appears, then press Up, Left, Down, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right on controller one. The Airwolf will flash to confirm correct code entry.

Level select

Press Up, Down, Left, Right, A, B, A, B on controller two, then press A + Start on controller one at the title screen.
