Level select

Press A(3), B(3), Select(3), A, Start at the title screen.

In the Japanese version, press Up, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, Down, Left, B, A, Select(3), Start at the title screen. The level selection screen will appear. Additionally, you can now press Select for invincibility.

Hint: Extra lives

Finish any level with a number of carrots that is divisible by 11 (22, 33, 44, etc.) Return to the main map to face Duck Vader. Hit Duck Vader three times to collect three extra lives.

When you start in the beginning, get the heart and keep it. When you go to the stage where you fight the girl, make sure you have the heart, then die. You will be sent back to the place where you started. Note: You still have all the lives and the heart. Get the heart again, you should get an extra life. Keep doing this until you reach the 9 lives limit.
