Hold A + B when the Sega logo appears. Press Start at the title screen and select the reversed Virtua Racing text. Alternately, win all Virtua Racing mode courses under the normal greater difficulty setting in first place.

Alternate ending

Win any race in first place under the hard difficulty setting.
